Asymmetric competition is everywhere. Rarely do two or more competitors share the same level of information, resources or just dumb luck.
I have spent the last 10 years working in the financial services industry. From small family owned companies to multinational transportation companies I have always adopted a start up mentality to find the quickest way to leverage existing resources into an asymmetric advantage.
